    Refund Policy

    We have a No Refund policy on all candles and oils. If you wish to change the scent of your candles, or if your candle order was broken or otherwise unacceptable then you may contact us at (985) 449-1111.

    Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges allowed for all oils.

     

    Shipping Policy


    United States & APO/FPO Addresses

    All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $11.50.


    International Addresses

    We ship international orders to most countries via USPS Priority Mail international. Shipping fees are calculated by weight, size, and destination.


    Amy’s Country Candles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


    Where is My Order?

    We begin processing orders within 1-2 business days. In some cases, we can ship out orders within 1 business day, but please allow up to 5 business days to ship out your order.


    You’ll receive a notification as soon as we create the shipping label for your package, which may be an email or a text message (depending on which one you entered for order updates).


    Orders are typically shipped out by 2pm CST, and then you’ll begin to see updates to your tracking number.


    My Candle Broke During Shipping!

    Don’t throw it away - we can replace it for you! And you might also be able to salvage the candle wax.


    Step 1 - Take a photo of the damaged product(s).

    Step 2 - Email us the photo(s) at customerserviceamys@gmail.com (you can reply to your order confirmation email) and let us know what needs to be replaced.

    Step 3 - Fill out and submit the affidavit from U-PIC to confirm that your order was damaged during shipping. You will receive an email from them.

    Step 4 - We’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge once the claim is completed.
